Projects: it is the community’s project you invested in.
Invested: is the amount you invested in the project with the exchange rate at the time of investment.
Days: The length of the project duration (from funding to return). In the case of In Progress projects it will show an estimate on the expected return date.
Effective Profitability: It is the effective interest generated by the project considering the difference between the invested amount at the time of the investment, and the collected amount once the loan is paid back, without annualizing the results. In the farmer's local currency, this amount increases as time goes from the project funding.
Return: It is the recovered amount at the exchange rate of the effective return day. For loans In Progress, it is the expected return at the end of the loan's estimated duration, assuming no default and at today's exchange rate.
Current status: Refers to the state of the loan in which I invested.
